Does anyone know of a reasonably priced , portable device that covers

oscillioscope
multimeater
uart/i2c/serial analizer/usb interface

?

I am tempted to suggest this, but that probably isn't what q88 meant.

A lot depends on what specs you require. For instance a DSO Nano type of scope is cheap and portable, but next to useless for anything of frequencies higher than audio.

nonono, for me at least, it was a link to a table cloth. It might be because I live in America, and not Australia or something.

The table cloth steve linked to will "cover" you equipment ( keep the dust off)
BUT as he said it probably wasnt what you meant ;)

BUT you need to read the other parts of what steve has now asked you twice .....

give us more details on what specification of gear you require
and the price range you can afford :)
