I have a Thrustmaster T300rs and the brake pedal does not work and I believe it's an issue with the mainboard but I can't seem to see anything wrong with it

When attached to PC, or PS everything works except the brake pedal, in the software on pc when I press it it does nothing, gas/clutch all show movement, and every other button works.

ps3/4 switch is in the correct position

When I plug the pedals into another wheel they all work fine

I have updated to the newest firmware and tried on multiple PCs, and PS4/5

I've swapped with another pedal port from the known good wheel and that does not fix it
Not sure if we're at cross-purposes here?

I'm presuming the pedals plug into the steering wheel which then plugs into the PC? If the socket on the steering wheel (which takes the plug from the pedals) has a damaged connector then no matter what pedals you plug in they won't work. Ergo the WHEEL needs changing (or the socket fixed).

Can you clarify?

I have the same problem with my T300.
Everything was working fine, but after firmware update my brake pedal does not work.
When I press brake pedal all the way down, I can see only 1-5% of brake power.
I have tried to swap cables in the T3PM box, I have checked wires and connectors (from T3PM to wheel base). Everything is OK.
Problem has to be in the motherboard.
I have also tried firmware downgrade, but it didn't help.

There is one bad capacitor on the motherboard. Waiting for the replacement, but I don't think it will help.

I don´t have ESR tester, but this cap has imploded case. It is not very clear from the photo.
