Looks like a MOS 6508 clone. Try searching on 6508 CPU or MPU.

I am not sure they are the same thing...

The former is an LCD graphic controller and the
latter is an old MCU.

I am looking for samples of TOPRO TP6508IQ.

Hi, Lionel. The OP should know samples are available either from the
manufacturer or from distributors, and then only if they feel there's
sales potential.

Buying a few, possibly more luck.

The OP might want to email [email protected] for an answer to his query.
