touch dimmer switch

Hi folks

Bit of a newbie here. I have a little project I am doing and I would like a touch dimmer like this.

it would be to operate a lamp so the switch wattage would be 5w - 40w. the round brass connector would be connected to a brass/chrome knob to activate the dimmer.

Dose anyone know of a UK supplier of this or similar.

They also sell replacement circuits at our local hardware such as lowe's and home depot for touch lamps. I don't know about the UK.
