Of course it is possible. The question would be, why would that be better than existing designs? Touch screens are used on phones, tablets etc. to maximize the area available for display of content, instead of taking up room for physical buttons. In a multimeter, this is not a problem, it typically just displays one number on a fixed display that is small in comparison to the size of the device. When people start wanting to watch live TV on their multimeter it might make sense.

I Feel the advantages are mirroring the exact Human actions performed on the DMM
product to be viewed on the Larger display set - TV LED Display or Desktop Computer Monitor. Also recording the Human actions
performed on the DVD device interfaced with
the Television set or Desktop computer.

Complete actions on the DMM device are recorded on DVD media.

Is it feasible to achieve this function ?.

Live operation / surgery performed on the patient in operation theatre viewed by the surgeons and other doctors on the Larger display unit.

Similarly Troubleshooting a Electrical circuit PCB board viewed live on the Larger
display unit which is also recorded.

Also possible using WIFI technology?
