Hi everyone,
I was hoping if someone could help clarify this information, I have the following transistor:
VCEmaxV: 45
VCBmaxV: 45
VEBmaxV: 5
IcMax: 1
A PtotW: 0.83
hFE@IcmA: 63@150
Does this mean that the maximum voltage into base is 5v, the maximum voltage through the transistor is 45v and the maximum current that can run through the transistor is 1A?
Also for every 63mA at the base you would get 150mA out?
I've probably got the wrong end of the stick, if someone could help that would be great.
