Transistor spice model

Hi all,

When using 'nmos4' and 'pmos4' in LTSpice there are certain parameters that must be filled in such as length and width of channel but there is also drain, source area but I'm not sure whether those need to be filled in?, if a value must be added how do I obtain these areas!?

Just choose a model from the list if there is one you can use.

Are you designing your own transistors? Otherwise, get the model from the manufacturer.
