Hello everyone, i am new to this forum.

I have a question about transistor.
I found one blown in my espresso machine bes870 main board. And i cant find one to buy. Maybe i can use something different?

Hi and welcome to maker.pro.
What reference designator is printed on the PCB for the transistor?. It might not be a transistor or it could be a BC319 transistor or similar.

Sorry it is TA4 and it is going ro solenoid valve.

Hi, transistors are normally ‘Q’. It certainly doesn’t mean it isn’t a transistor. But the other component, TA2 is a Triac. TA4 could be a TO92 triac.
I’m honestly not sure. Let’s wait for more experienced members to chime in.

I'd say given the other triacs in the same locality and their markings, you are pretty much on the money.
Actual type...who knows, perhaps a oem number...again who knows...Op first shows TA3 and then TA4...????
Is the good one shown the same as the "blown one we do not see"...??
