Integra T500 - only used about 3 months then stored for a year. Brought it back out recently and used it twice with no problems. Turned it on the other day and it double beeped 10 times in a row, then stopped. Treadmill will run at nothing over .5 mph. And that speed is only available when pushing buttons 2-6. Buttons 1, 7, 8, 9 don't respond at all. The speed program buttons respond, but also no speed over .05 mph. Cleaning and lube has been done.

What is the first thing we should check for? (We are electronically challenged lol)

Most you could probably cover is to first ensure nothing is powered from the mains. i.e. unplugged.
Then go through any clip together connections and check they are all in place.
Quite often, things get pulled out during any move.(storage)

Assuming here you have already checked the power outlet is working properly.

Check to see if the belt sensor is in place, often the proximity type that senses a magnet on the belt works away in its clamp.
That is if it is not the version with sensor on the end of the motor.

Where would we look for the belt sensor if it's not on the end of the motor? And we wouldn't even know what it looks like.

All connections seem to be in place.

Often it is a sensor adjacent to one of the belt pulleys, a magnetic sensor with two wires attached.
