Is there any tri-state buffer(schmitt trigger) that can buffer the voltage around 12-24V when it is active?
I have ever used it in logic digital circuits so that was only 0-5V :(

4000 series logic can be operated up to about 15V, and there are some gates which have open drain (or open collector) outputs which allow the output voltage to be higher than the power supply.

It's not exactly clear what you want to do though.

Are you trying to create a large voltage swing at the output, or are you trying to use an input signal with a large voltage swing?

Thank you steve, I am interested in your SMPS boost regulator and I just want to know the detail of schmitt trigger.. If I get any ideas, I might be able to apply it to another oscillator circuit
Thank you for the answer ^__^X
