I have some test gear with unusual connectors.

The first of these is a 2 lug triax bnc connector. My cables are the more modern 3 lug variety.

Has anyone seen an adapter?

Another piece of equipment has reverse polarity bnc connectors. I have seen a converter, but freight to Australia is $USD20 for a $USD6 part! Whilst that's not too extreme, if I could find one more locally...

Yeah, I'm really after a converter, but making a short cable may be easier :)

Now, for the triax adapter... Apparently a 3 lug male connector can connect to the 2 lug female connector. I'll give it a go...
