Trying to add mosfet to ltspice

I know this has been asked tons of times, but I am really struggling here. the mosfet is irfh5004, I downloaded the .model file, added it in my directory and in the library of lt spice. Then add a directive " .inc file name ". it tells me unable to open the file, can someone help please. thanks.

Check our resources.
Also upload your simulation file and the model file so we can check for errors.

You need to add the spice model data to a file that you find in the cmp folder, the "standard mosfet" one.

Or if you have the .asy and .sub files, place them in the respective folders and it should show up.
