Trying to create a prototype crash detection circuit

Picture of circuit above. Just seems to be one problem after another.
The Dc converter on the left also connects to a battery for the sim800L module.
I've searched multiple tutorials and nothing seems to be working, at the moment my SIM module and my GPS module cant connect to any server? so the text wont send and it isn't receiving any GPS data.
The accelerometer works temperamentally and often gives readings when not moved?
