I'm fault finding a PSU and, as I don't have a circuit diagram, so I'm
working that out first.
The PCB has a number of diodes in 59-04 (DO-41) plastic packages, these
diodes are marked
M20
022
where the M is the Motorola logo. I need to know if these are regular
diodes, zeners, etc.
I've searched through some old Motorola diode data books and cannot find
anything that looks likely (no parts with 20022 in them at all).
The power supply was manufactured in 1986.
Any ideas?
