I assume you don't really mean D1 - D8 as different types of diodes are referred to

I suspect you really mean D1,D2,D5,D6,D7,D8,D19 and an unmarked one in the top right … prob. D9

They are a twin diode pack

where the cathode of one diode is commoned with the anode of the other diode

I would have to search for a specific part number
are you sure it isn't already listed somewhere on the circuit sheet ?

Sir carloncho . . . . . .

Are you just grasping for straws in zeroing in on those parts, as being at fault?

The schematic shows the 8 sets to be current and voltage sampling for the 4 (or more) CCFL backlight lamps and feeding back correction to the OZ960 CCFL controller .

Give your specific SAMSUNG model number and more info can be forthcoming.

With the board connected back into the unit and then plugged in and powered up . . .is 13VDC power present at the R15-R13 junction feeding pins # 3-4 of the OZ and pin 3 of each of the 4539 power driver FET's ?

PARTS DATA . . . . . BAV99L
