Hi All,

This is to let you know that http://www.TheResistor.net has now
officially been launched. Our new site includes an online forum for
the discussion of electronics design, an e-mail forum for the
discussion of electronics design - together with a Mail > News,
feature, where all posts to the e-group will be posted to
sci.electronics.design.

Additionally we have fixed all bugs on the site that were on the
resistor color codes calculators. It is now available working in our
new design in 8 languages - French, English, Norwegian, Hebrew,
German, Portuguese, Spanish & Italian! We will be adding more as time
goes by.

TheResistor.Net is provided as a free service by www.BenZev.net,
www.Online-Identity.net & www.Multi-Lang.net

Just gave it a try for the first time. Does not work with Opera.
It does work with MSIE but I avoid IE like the plague-carrier that it
often is...

I don't think the fact of the above posting itself is a problem, it's
what the guy proposes to do that will likely cause trouble. As such
it's nothing to do with google. (Unless the news gateway he proposes
manages to send its posts via google somehow).

I think we would have to complain to the ISP hosting the web site.

Yesterday we tried it on the new version of Opera and it works for us.
