Hello.I have a very old SENDON 500VA UPS. Please help me to find out the IC part number as the part numbers vanish..the red boxed IC has 14pin and the blue boxed IC is 3pin...the 3 pin blue-boxed is probably not the MOSFETs because there are 4 mosfets separately with thickened trace route...but this IC's trace is very thin and there are total 2 ic..one is blue boxed and another has broken which was at the right side of the blue one and the left one of the blue box are mosfet. Can you please help me to find out the part numbers of this both IC?20230512_212214.jpg

Not really enough info to be certain - sure there's nothing on the devices themselves???? At a guess I'd say the IC was an LM324 and the other one is (potentially) a voltage regulator.

Would need to see a MUCH better picture of the board (closer, clearer) and BOTH sides.

If you have a high res camera you can potentially take a pic, then use a photo
editing kind of software to do edge detection or play with brightnes/contrast.

Alternatively a well lit inspection microscope works well.

Actually this is 20year old UPS..but still worked fine before this happened..there is no datasheet or schematic of this UPS at internet ..i have searched a lot..but did not find yet..here is the pictures...can you assume the 14pin IC which is generally used on other UPSs

U7 is definitely an IC and the components around it match the requirements for a voltage regulator typically the LM317 - closer inspection of the resistors and their values might give an indication of the output voltage setting.

The parts surrounding the other IC still point (to my eye) it being an LM324 or other quad op-amp/comparator - certainly not the main SMPS controller device such as typically the SG3524 etc.

I just find this intriguing.
Before? What happened? why these particular ICS? There must be other components that are faded as well. Were you probing somewhere you should not have been?
