The amp needs to be specified for the impedance of the speakers, typically 4 Ω or 8 Ω, the it should work.

I want to try on Onkyo TX sr-308, which say minimum 6 ohm , so these are useless

Not really.
The manual says it will do:

100 Watts/Channel @ 6 ohms (IEC)

and it also states:

You can connect speakers with an impedance of between 6 and 16 ohms. If you use speakers with a lower impedance, and use the amplifier at high volume levels for a long period of time, the built-in amp protection circuit may be activated.

So you can use 4 ohm speakers with the limitation that it may cut out at high volume levels, but I suspect that is above the volume you typically use, unless you like loud hard-rock music.

That's a short burst.
The amp will likely only cut out from heat build-up for long duration, high volume sound.
Also most of the sound energy of that movie blast is likely in the bass region which will be handled by the subwoofer, which should have it's own amp.
(Are you planning to use the Sony subwoofer also. That does not appear to have a built-in amp.
If so you would need to add a subwoofer amp, such as one of these, since the Onkyo does not have a built-in sub amp, only a line-level sub-out signal.)

Now , I found a sony system without speakers, dz640, which comes originally with 3 ohms speakers, Can I use this to mine speakers, which are 4 ohms, also mine broken sytem was about 800 watts, and this is 1000 watts, but seems to very close to work, suggestions required

An amp will always work with speakers that have a higher impedance, since the output current and power is reduced.

And I see no problem with the higher power rating of the amp since the power with 4 ohm speakers will be 750W.
Given that rating, it wouldn't surprise me if both amps are actually the same.
