Using Nichrome wire to cut styrofoam- thanks

Thank you all for the comments on the other thread. I didn't check the forum for a few days and just read over the responses. Since I'm only a teenager and haven't had any physics/ electronics courses yet I'll stick with keeping the voltage the same and trying to reduce the resistance by braiding wire together. It's for an airplane wing, so Im not sure if the cut will be smooth enough though. Thanks again.

I closed the thread cuz it was going feral ( wild)

you should have got your answers earlier on in that thread ....
ie. increase the voltage :)
doubling up on wires to lower resistance is a bad idea leading to a rough cutting "line"
