Hello all just need a little help. I have a cordless vac vax 32v when charging just before it's fully charged blows ceramic thermal fuse on PCB, replaced fuse and then found it blew the fuse again in use. Is it some sort of voltage regulator on the PCB and what parts need changing? Thanks for help
