Lower part of screen goes only about 2/3rds to the bottom with
some foldover.

Any specific caps to check or just ESR them all?

This is very commonly caused by capacitors in the vertical output stage
going defective. You would have to check the caps with an ESR meter to
locate the bad ones, or replace them one by one until you have found the
defective ones. It is common to have a number of caps going defective
like this.

I would suggest giving the monitor out to a service centre to do this
for you, unless you have the proper setup and training to service
monitors. This type of repair is not usually very expensive.
