via hole grounding in layout

hi frnds iam designing a combline bandpass filters in ADS .. in layout window i have to short circuit my resonators by via hole grounding ...can u plz explain how to do the via hole ground in momentum ......whether i have to change the substrate layers of momentum???? in layout window there is an via hole to ground component is there in component pallete....whether i have to place it directly on to the end of resonator or not ????????plz help me
