Voice recording and Play back Chips

Hi,

I am doing a project which is basically a fire monitoring and control.
I want a voice recording and play back chip. Recording time, maximum
of 5 to 10 secs is fine.

If i can buy this chip in india, it will be better for my proceedings.

For voice record and playback, I use Winbond (was ISD). Product listing at:
