Want to create a project using Raspberry Pi and E-ink Display

Hello to all the enthusiasts and experts. I am looking to make a raspberry pi based project using E-ink Display. Do you have any suggestions apart from these two? I am quite impressed with both projects but still looking for some more advanced projects as it is my final year project.

I'd recommend you look at marine navigation equipment and design some displays for daylight reading. A decent chart plotter (for example) needs a VERY bright display for daylight working so an e-ink version would be useful.

I suspect there are already e-ink displays for other instruments (wind speed/direction etc) but look into the NMEA signal format and consider a multi-function display the=at decodes the NMEA stream and displays 'your choice' of nav data.
