My water dispenser is working fine except the hot water is no longer hot . Here is the board when I open it up. Is it possible to bypass those diodes or could someone tell me about the specs so I could replace them ? I guess I have to replace the cap as well. I say . . . .WHASSAMATTAHYOU ?

If you are in distress, and totally freaked out, in seeing that Amber " pookie" all underneath and about that corner cap ?
" DON'T WURRY 'BOUT IT . . .IT WAS PUT ON 'DERE BY SALLY JEAN JOHNSON AT THE FACKTURY TO KEEP 'DAT MASSIVE AND QUITE UNWIELDY CAPACITOR IN PHYSICAL POSITION / CHECK,UNTIL IT MADE IT THRU THE FLOW SOLDERING PROCESS."

Looking at the overall " healthiness " of that board, I would be more suspect of a heating element or a thermostat.

No. You'll have to replace them by ones with comparable specs. What makes you think the diodes are faulty?
Looks like the heater is might beturned on and off by the relay on the PCB. Does the relay work? Do you hear at least a clicking sound from the relay?

I would be more suspect of a heating element or a thermostat.
+1 for that. Measure the resistance of the heater. And check for any thermo-sensor. If there is one, check its connectivity and conductance.
