It seems you have Surface Mount fuse and NON stands for NON-TIME DELAY.

This fuse is definitely NOT a surface mount fuse. It is a cartridge type fuse
about 1/2 inch in diameter and about 2.5 inches long. I have worked with a lot
of fuses and still I do not know what it stands for. I even searched on Google
to no avail.
