What is likely wrong, when I take a metal object and bridge the connection (1 and 2 see picture) the electrical thing work, I’m just a dumb Swede thanks for help

I think normally there was a pcb track that connected point 1 and 2. Somehow the track was broken.

The photo is not all to clear, but ist seems like the 3-pin components is a transistor or a voltage regulator that may no longer work correctly.
I can't find a likely replacement from the markings alone
