Amperage and voltage - in this case 16A and 800V.

Yours may be a 'logic level' triac i.e. is designed to be triggered at logic level voltages.

Most component suppliers will have a parametric search list of triacs where you can put the relevant specifications in to narrow down the search results. Only other thing to consider is the pin-out which needs to match the device being used. Easily figured out by looking at the PCB traces (thin one for the trigger, fat ones for the main current carrying paths.

Can I use BT139-800 or BT139-800E ?
Sorry, didn't mention where this Triac is using. It's a 875VA Inverter board and have another same board with 675VA rating.

both PCB have problem with charging section. one board is taking high current from battery while inverter is on and another taking high current while charging battery.
also need to identify the value of the those variable preset.
