I wouldn't count too many of my chickens until you actually see their eggs hatch. This article may shed some light on what Delta Prime is betting the future of wireless battery charging on. The research is old, and there have been no earth-shaking YouTube videos posted lately on its practical applications, if any. I don't know much about the use of "kinetic inductance" and "intercalated multilayer graphene" but the article says this occurs at microscopic levels and is useful (at room temperature) for frequencies in the 10 to 50 GHz range. So, sounds to me like this is something the good ol' boys in Taiwan will be using to make integrated circuits for terrahertz transmitters and receivers sometime in the (possibly) near future. Can't wait for Seiko to release their new terrahertz imaging-through-clothes xxx-ray-rated viewer. I wonder if they will release a version that displays in color?
