Its a little connector that goes into a harness on my AC unit. What is it called? I am repinning this to run a smart thermostat. Alternatively, I would love an 8 pin terminal block with screws. That would make my life way easier but cannot figure out where to find in that in Chandler, AZ

Any help is massively appreciated as this is not my space of knowledge.

I think it may be called a polarised crimp connector.
They do make 8 way connectors too. You can buy the connector housings in many flavours and pin it to your liking.
