What is wrong with my wireless circuit?

I am trying to make an Rf controlled circuit. For this, I am using 433mhz RF module, HT12-E, and HT12-D encoder-decoder IC. I have succeeded in making wired communication between transmitter and receiver circuit by connecting pin 17 of HT12-E and pin 14 of HT12-d IC.
But, I am not able to make a wireless connection between it. The circuit diagrams are given below which I have followed.
Please help me out, I have also replaced the RF module once.

Do you have specs, part numbers for the radio modules?
It would seem that they are not working, or you are not talking to them in a way they understand.

He listed the encoder and decoder modules but did not specify the 433 MHz RF transmitter and RF receiver modules. The receiver module is shown with two DATA outputs, and both of these are connected to pin 14 of the HT12D decoder. Connecting outputs together generally does not work. It might be helpful to know why the receiver has two data outputs, and how they are supposed to be used.

I mean do the radio modules have part numbers.
We would have to guess how they work to guess why they may not be working for you.
If you give us the part numbers, or specification of the radio modules, someone might look them up and have a closer look at what might be your problem.
For example, sometimes the voltage levels out of one module don't match the ones into another module.
As hevans1944 says, one of the modules has two outputs which surprised me too. Did you have an application sheet or something that suggested connecting them together?
