What kind of lead should I use?

Hi, I have a PGA chip(attachements). I wonder what kind of leads can I used to connect the pins in the PGA chip, just like shown in attachments?

You would use a socket. That would be mounted on a PCB.

That's 100 pins you have to worry about. Using leads on a large number of pins will make it much easier to accidentally cross your leads resulting in damage.
Perhaps you should tell us the intended purpose, and if you really really wanted to... you could solder some leads to a select few pins you plan to use. Other than that, use a socket, solder it to a board. Perhaps google around for a 'break-out' board that you can use during development.
