Hello, I would like to jam or destroy the electronic board of Nevelda X4M300.

The X4 is an Ultra Wideband (UWB) short-range impulse radar transceiver System on Chip (SoC), combining a 7.29/8.748 GHz transmitter for unlicensed operation in world-wide markets, a direct RF-sampling receiver, a fully programmable system controller and advanced power management functions in a single chip.
I don't have much knowledge of electronics, just want to purchase some suitable RF jammer to kill the invading signal that penetrates through my floor from the unit below to detect my whereabouts real-time.
Your help is much appreciated.
