You do not need an exact replacement. If you can do some schematic tracing, you can always get a replacement.Can’t seem to find anything with the same coding on it. It’s very sad to have such a nice machine unable to do what it was created for.

So............... how did you arrive at the fact that this is the same device?There are 3 on the board the one that burnt has crumbled.

You won't get any schematic. Trace the schematic from the motherboard. Takes effort, but can be done. It will be quite a simple layout.There are 3 on the board the one that burnt has crumbled. Not to mention the smoke stain on the top of the machine.
I have gone and searched for schematics. No joy. Can I run tests on the good ones to find out their ratings ?
Not sure what you mean by that statement?. All electronic components can fry/burn/smoke/explode/let the electrons fall out!. not necessarily in any order.I have never seen a signal component fry
