Some are thermal operated resistances also they come in NO or NC type.
If not the original thermal type, you would need to know the temperature .

Guessing its a thermocouple. What resistance doe it read at room temperature, if you have
a volt ohmmeter to measure ?

Regards, Dana.

Trying to get a spare part to suit the appliance would more than likely be a waste of time .
What makes you think it is faulty to begin with?

Good Point ,I dont know for sure what the problem is, the air fryer just suddenly one work, nothing on display, just dead. But I see online other model of air fryer tend to have blown the thermal fuses. But I dont see any fuse on this model, so thinking this resistance might have something to do with the problem.

blown the thermal fuses
That would be the first point of call......... and most likely the problem.
In case you don't know( guessing not) the thermal fuse is an inline device on the power cabling , new one has to be correct temperature rating AND crimped(not soldered) back in place.
Typical fuse although there are other types...........

Hey Dana

I measured it, and I see it is 118. I am not sure what the means at all, but if it does to you and you can share thoughts that would be helpful. thanks very much!

As I mentioned it could be a thermally operated component. i.e. 'Thermocouple' .
But I doubt that is the problem, especially if it appears dead.
That device is normally just used to control temperature.
Some investigation as to where in the whole circuit that comes in to play.
