Looks like a bunch of tuning coils, capacitors and resistors.

Hello,

As @Bluejets said, there are a couple of tuning coils capacitors and resistors in that rack.
It could be that it is used as a selectable filter.

Sir genesis0856 . . . . .

The tunable coils aged, masking tape markings suggest of it being the C octave board . . . C flat variable inductor . . .C sharp variable inductor . . .so ? . . . . are you also having about 6 other similar boards ?
It's being VERRRRRRRY old vintage, and I'm expecting all of those those multiple pairs of top hat transistors to be germanium.
Hate to guess the potential number of bad E-caps, with their small BLACK cases with their RED end caps, all scattered around the board..
The one most likely good component on the board is going to be that YELLOW disc ceramic capacitor.
Also, another ?'ionable E- cap is that centrally located SILVER cased axial unit which MIGHT have a code date on it to quantify the date of manufacture.
Same is true of, possibility of code dating of the markings of all of the BLUE fixed tuning capacitors.
