Where The Heck is the BitVoicer Library

I have searched google for 10 minutes and was unable to find any way to download the BitVoicer program's arduino library. Is there something I'm missing?!

May not be a library.
Reference I found in first few seconds was to bitsophia dot com.
Appears as a download executable for 32 or 64 bit versions.
So could be some other type of program away from the Arduino system. No idea really as have never worked wit it.
Full description there so maybe a bit of reading/study for you.

This library can be found in the
Library
folder of the BitVoicer installation folder.

 

[Bluejets]

Seems there was a library download but old ( from 2012) and I did not see any direct download from bitsophia.
Appears it is used to work in conjunction with the exe file.
As hopup says, could be in the other download exe file.
There is reference also to Github so you could try there.
