Where to buy a OK4U-100 grid tie inverter?

Anyone know where to buy a OK4U-100 grid tie inverter? Or is there
something else out there I should be looking at? I have a Harbor
Frieght 45 watt set and I'm looking to grid tie it to slow down the
movement of the meter a little bit. In the future I will probably get
another HF 45 watt set. Is there anything else out there besides the
OK4U-100 for small systems?

Unfortunately, they don't meet UL-1741(?), and are not legal for sale
in the US.

Due to the costs of certifying an inverter for Grid-Tie, there are no
small grid-tie inverters out there. A 100W inverter would cost nearly
as much as a 1KW inverter, so no-one has spent the money to certify a
cheap inverter.

I'm not sure certification cost is the issue. That part might be $25K.
We would want to use UL parts, and build more than one :)
