Are there any PCI bus interface cards available that employ Wilkinson
type ADCs for low DNL ? I'm relating a histogram of the acquired adc
binary output code from tens of thousand of measurements to a physical
parameter. Performing this on a test triangle wave that spans the
entire input range produces a histogram having 10% fluctuations
(noise) with periodic spikes larger than that. Apparently due to DNL
issues from successive approximation converters (SAR). I'm not
looking for one with on-board multi-channel scaling capability.
