I have 3 yr old Walmart deep cycle batteries, seem to have 13-14 volts in them in daytime, but bank goes below 20 volts (24 vdc series wired, 10 batteries), after dark. I have 1730 watts in solar panels and an 8000 watt true sine inverter. It was all working fine for most of this time, but about February of 2018, the 2 flex max outbacks began to "snooze" when I flipped on the deep well pump on a bright sunny day, and I can make them "wakeup" but I never had to stand there and babysit before. They used to just run. I can't get an adequate answer from anyone, So I simplify my question to ; will bad batteries caused my outbacks controllers to "snooze"? Also is there a troubleshooting manual I can download for the flex 80's, my current manual doesn't talk about this problem.
