Any of you bright fellows ever get into a Xantrax 1000 inverter?
(XPower 1000) I have one here that leaked all the magic smoke out of 2
Mosfets to the point I cannot read the part mumbers. There are 4
devices on one side and 10 on the other. The 2 fried devices are the
second and fourth of the four, counting from the DC IN end. The 2 that
are left are 1404 N-Channel fets, I suspect the dead ones are P
channels, but they could be N Channel as well. If P Channel I'm
suspecting the number will be 4905, but that is also just a somewhat
educated guess. -or even just a S.W.A.G.
