Xone 23 mixer headphone jack repair

Hey Guys,

So I was playing some music the other day and noticed my headphone jack wouldn’t fit in the socket. I opened it up and can’t seem to figure out what the matter is - everything is soldered fine.

However, I found this weird mechanism with three kind of shutters that are stopping the jack from going any further in. I will attach photos for more clarity. Any help would be greatly appreciated and have a gig soon and really can’t afford to take it to a shop.
