STMicroelectronics’ ST730MR is a 300 mA, 28V low-dropout voltage regulator with a quiescent current of only 5 microamps.
The ST730MR from STMicroelectronics is a 300 mA LDO voltage regulator that is designed to be used in a wide range of medium voltage applications.
Ultra-low quiescent current of only 5 microamps makes the ST730MR suitable for applications that are permanently connected to either a power supply or battery. This ultra-low quiescence is also particularly useful for when electronic modules must remain permanently active.

Embedded protection features in the ST730 such as current limit, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit prevent damage to host devices. Its extended input voltage range, ultra-low drop voltage, and the low quiescent current also make the ST730MR suitable for low-power automotive and consumer applications such as electronic meters, smoke detectors, and alarms.

Wide input voltage range of 2.5 V to 28 V.
An output current of up to 300 mA.
A high output voltage accuracy of ±0.5% at 25 °C, ±1% across the temperature range.
Fixed output voltage versions, starting from 1.2 V to 12 V with 100 mV step
Adjustable voltage version, starting from 1.2 V to VIN - VDROP
Stable with low ESR capacitors (0.47 µF min.)
An ultra-low quiescent current of 5 microamps at no-load and 10 microamps maximum across the full temperature range.
