Hi, I am Merve. I made a mini mixer with a Haribo box ^_^ Hmm.. Let's start!

Hardware
1 Motor
1 Button
2 1.5 AA Battery
1 Battery holder
Tools
1 Haribo Box
1 Reel
1 Colored electric tape
1 Fuse Tea or Coca Cola tin box (for the mixer tip)
1 Iron bar
1 Plastic bar

In this project, we make our mixer using recycled materials. You can easily beat egg, milk, yogurt and all the fluids that come to your mind. You can even make your cake with your own mixer ! :)

Step 1: Required Materials:

Step 2: Step 1: Reel and Cover Design

First we start by wrapping the reel with an electric band. I tape with a yellow line and a white line.

Then, tape the cover of the Haribo box in the same way. I only used the white electric band on the cover, you can use it in different colors if you like.

Step 3: Siliconized Motor

Drill the center of the cover with the tip of the motor (as in the picture). Then, siliconize the motor over the cover.

Step 4: Making the Mixer Tip

Cut the coca cola or fuse tea tin box as in the picture. After you have cutting its floor, cut again as in the picture.

** Be careful not to cut your hand while cutting.

Step 5: Circuit Design & Soldering Operations

Soldering the cables to the two tips of the button and telescope the cables through the reel.

You can see the button-motor-battery holder circuit diagram from the images. Solding one of the cables on the button to the tip of the motor as you see it in picture, and the other cable to the battery holder.

Sold the idle cable of the battery holder to the other tip of the motor.

The circuit is ready ! :)

When you push the button, you will see that the mixer works, and when you leave it stops.

You can squeeze silicone or turn it off with an electrical tape on the open connections .

Step 6: Last Steps

Gluing the battery holder to the haribo box.

Wrap the excess cable of the button around the motor you can see in the picture. Then put the reel over the motor and silicon it to the cover.

And our mixer is ready:) !

When you push the button, you will see that the mixer works, and when you leave it stops.
