This drives me crazy all the time.

I have 5804 on Vista 15P.
Loop 1= Fire
Loop 2= Off/Disarm
Loop 3= Arm
Loop 4= Panic

I can't remember how to add the code for the Arm/Disarm Buttons to work. I assigned User 31 = a code, but when I add the attributes...I dunno what the "Value" is supposed to be. Or is the "value" supposed to be the user code????

Their instruction books are getting better!...but I still can't find what I'm doing wrong. The user 31 code does work if I arm/disarm from manually from the keypad.

tnx

I am not sure if the 5804 needs a user code to work with a 15P.

It does, but only for the arm/disarm - the panics work without user code.

If it does, you would see the option on a Alpha keypad when you are
programming the user number.

Something like [RF Button]

Yah...I got it...just a brain fart. I'd programmed it correctly, but when I tested it I just didn't hold down the ARM button long enough...sheesh what a maroon! - wasted an hour with that.

You would if it was while changing user codes in a Vista-40 and up but it
doesn't show on a Vista-15P/20P even tho you do have to do it
