Accessing Service Menu on Sony Wega KV-20FS120

Normally, on a Wega, you can access the service menu by pressing in
succsession Display - 5 - Vol UP - Power. This is the brand new model
for 2004 and it seems to not be working. Is there another code for it?

not then SONY Technical should be capable if finding the correct information

Thank you for your response. The TV came only with an operating
manual. The customer service rep gave me the 900 number for Sony
Technical, but I'm hoping to not have to spend $3.99 a minute to
determine the code.
