Heat element requirements

With today's new ' all in one c elements this may be obsolete, but... If an element end disconnects from the coil array, and it's a " new style " with all the sensors and thermofuses and all... What are the requirements for reconnect? Like the style of lugs and/or solder type for repairs?? Hehe... It was the element connection!!!

Usually 'crimped' - you could use a screw terminal block but it MUST be made from ceramic.

Ceramic...that's the stuff!

needs water proof and heat resistant dielectric. so limits the options somewhat.
