This is a continuation of the question I asked in
sci.electronics.components on 4 September with subject "Vehicle "Euro"
connector"

Some agricultural tractors are fitted with a 12 volt output socket to
supply power to machinery. The connector has 3 pins. I'd like to know
what the standard pinout of this connector is in this application. It
would also be interesting to know the connector type and who makes it.

See pictures on a.b.s.e

Use a multimeter.

This post is worth absolutely nothing and is probably fallacious.

Use [email protected]995.com [[email protected] functions].
BTOPENWORLD address has ceased. DEMON address has ceased.

Use a multimeter.

I did and it confirmed that the view given in the McKormick handbook
is onto the socket. But it doesn't answer the question of what the
standard is. My suspicion is that the McHale as delivered and the
McKormick tractor are correct and that the New Holland is wired
wrongly, but it would be nice to see an authoritative document.

Hard work isn't it? I've tried a printed Farnell catalogue without
finding anything like it.

Thanks for your help.
