I'm using a arduino uno with the stock firmware and I have pretty much no knowledge of arduino programmingI guess we need to know your application.
Almost all video used to be connected to monitors via RCA plugs.
All the new connectors came into use when primarily analog signals became digital signals.

Hi is it possible to use a female video rca as a output source for a monitor?
no i mean the arduino is the video sourcethat doesn't tell us anything in regards to the video signal

as you were told, RCA plugs and sockets are still the standard for analog video
what is the source of your video signal ?
