JVC 32" Television jittery picture

Hello, I have a JVC AV32120.

The left and right sides will slightly jitter initially with use but after a
couple hours the problem goes away. The picture is clear and settings are
retained after the set has been turned off.

Any input appreciated.

Most likely there are a number of caps in the power supply and scan sections
that have become thermo sensitive with age. The problem will get worse over
time. These should not be too difficult to find with an ESR meter.
